Honestly?

Does this bother anyone else? I can understand why, in our PC world, people might think that it needs "updating." But, really, to get input from scholars and readers for recommended changes to the Word of God? That's disturbing to me. While I respect their efforts to increase readership in the younger generation, I still maintain the query: Shouldn't God be the only one to dictate such changes to His words?
