I am not a political commentator or an outright human rights activist. But, I believe in democracy. And I believe in a person's right to life, liberty and persuit of happiness. I believe in the preservation of and the perseverance for these freedoms.
I am beyond grateful to have been born and raised in a country that defends these inalilable rights.
And this, gives me hope that other people in the world, who have largely been deprived of such opportunties, might someday be so fortunate as well.
