We are pleased to announce our Send-A-Friend campaign! Starting February 1, if you refer friends who are looking for apartments, we will give you a reward when they sign a lease.
This is a limited time offer so don’t delay. If your friends sign for a studio, one, or two bedroom apartments, we will give you $50*. If they sign for a two –bedroom townhome, we will give you $100*. The more friends you refer, the more $$$$$$ we will pay out to you!!!!!!!!!
To be eligible, make sure your referrals list your name on our guest card when they register with us for their first visit. Then, once we have a completed lease we will pay your $50 or $100 reward*.
