So...I just want to post something today, not because I have anything particularly compelling to say, but merely because I think the date is cool. And yes, I want the date stamp on my blog.
And you can bet your buttons I'll be posting on the quintessential cool date of 11/11/11.
Actually, I've been clandestinely hoping for the past several months that I would somehow have my baby on 11/11/11. Because, seriously, that would be the coolest birth date in, like, 100 years.
But now, for a number of reasons which I will not go into at this time, I'm kind of thinking no.
It can wait.
My back can't.
But everything else sure can.
Meanwhile,
I want to thank those of you who have expressed your opinion in our poll.
But, really?
Not one vote for Llloyd with 3 L's??
Seriously, people.
I'm shocked.
However,
If he is born on 11/11/11, I may just have to make sure that his name is
Ll l l l loyd--with six L's.
Fate would have it.
It would!
Just cross your fingers that kid's not born with astigmatism.

I have to admit that I laughed out loud to myself when I read Santiago. That is a name my hubby would have proposed. Granted, he did live in south america for two years!
